These units are owned by the Housing Authority City of Natchitoches (HACN). The tenant pays the rent directly to the (HACN)

 

When a unit becomes vacant, it will be offered to the next approved applicant on the Waiting list of the appropriate sized units.

If the applicant does not accept the first unit offered, he or she is put back on the waiting list.  If the applicant refuses the second unit offered, the applicant is then removed from the waiting list and will have to re-apply for housing
